  • Installation of gasifier for Goldwind 500,000-ton green methanol project is completed.

    On April 15th, at present, the world's largest Goldwind project of producing 500,000 tons of green methanol from green hydrogen ushered in an important node. The hoisting of the biomass gasifier, the core device of the project and the key equipment for synthesis gas preparation, marked that the project construction entered the stage of comprehensive equipment installation, and it is planned to complete the installation and hand it over in June.


    This hoisting is the world's first entrained-flow water-cooled semi-waste boiler biomass gasifier with the highest pressure grade and maximum capacity, which is the largest single equipment of the project and can meet the gasification capacity of 250,000 tons of methanol per year. Goldwind Technology is the first enterprise in China to obtain the sales contract of green methanol in the international market. After the project is put into production, it will realize the world's first closed-loop business of green methanol from production to sales.


    Xing 'an League has been identified as a "green ammonia alcohol" industrial demonstration base by the autonomous region. In order to enlarge and strengthen the "green ammonia alcohol" industry, Xing 'an League Economic and Technological Development Zone has built a "vertical symbiosis and tree-like development" industrial ecology, based on building an industrial chain and taking syngas as the ecological symbiosis link, and promoted the formation of a closed-loop industrial chain of "scenery power station-corn intensive processing-syngas-green ammonia alcohol". Realize the dual-track driving development mode of "green chemicals+green energy", and integrate and extend the industrial chains such as corn intensive processing, waste gas and waste residue recycling, so as to form a network system of close integration and professional division of labor among large, medium and small enterprises in the park, promote the development of the park from simple industrial agglomeration to clustering, and finally realize industrial synergy, "eat dry and squeeze clean" resources and "ladder utilization" of energy.

     


    At the same time, Xing 'an League Economic and Technological Development Zone combines the compiled industrial chain map with the planning of zero-carbon park scheme and land space planning of the park to form a multi-regulation, derivative catalysts, electrolytic cells, energy storage and other industries and layout supporting infrastructure, form a "equipment island-gas island-chemical island" linkage layout, and realize a closed-loop industrial ecosystem with the purpose of "interaction and partition supply". Thereby reducing intermediate costs such as power transmission and hydrogen transportation, lowering the investment threshold of individual projects, improving asset utilization, sharing infrastructure and reducing comprehensive costs.


    In order to ensure the long-term stable supply of biomass straw, Xing 'an League Economic and Technological Development Zone will also speed up the construction of an integrated system of biomass straw collection, storage, transportation and processing to ensure the efficient transformation and utilization of biomass raw materials. At present, 27 projects such as bio-jet fuel, synthetic ammonia catalyst and pharmaceutical-grade nicotinamide have been accurately locked, and 34 enterprises are being actively docked, and 21 projects have reached initial intentions.
