International Training Workshop of Waste to Energy workshops are high-valued by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China
The International Training Workshop of Waste to Energy workshops were now precious memories and the unforgettable memories can be found in the commemorative book prepared by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China (MOST). This 96-page commemorative book compiles the whole technical training workshops for developing countries in the past 5 years and the International Training Workshop of Waste to Energy takes up 15 pages, which means our jobs are high-valued by the MOST. As a co-supporter to this workshop, ICCWtE shares glory and because of the devotion by every committee member, the workshop held successfully impressively.
International Training Workshop of Waste to Energy, which is the subsection of technical training workshops for developing countries program, has been conducted since 2016 for 5 training workshops, involving more than 118 participants from nearly 22 developing countries, to practice the Belt and Road Initiative development strategy and offer training aid to developing countries. In this workshop, the state and policy, theory and mechanism, technology and practical applications, pollution control methodology, and design and operation of WtE will be introduced both by in-classroom lectures and technical tours to WtE plants. Attendees gained their knowledge and shared their expertise and passion. A wealth of feedbacks suggesting further collaboration among multi-parties have been received. In October this year, we held the last workshop successfully and made the program closure.
