The No.10 boiler of the domestic garbage power generation project with the largest daily processing capacity under Guangzhou Environmental Protection Investment Group completed the "72+24 hours" full
Recently, the No. 10 boiler of Guangzhou Fushan circular economy industrial park household waste emergency comprehensive treatment project, the largest garbage power generation project in China undertaken by China Energy Construction Guangdong Thermal Power, successfully passed the "72+24 hours" full load trial operation.
During the trial operation, the main and auxiliary equipment operated safely and stably, the automatic input rate of the unit, the protection input rate and the instrument input rate all reached 100%, the main technical indexes of the quality of soft water and the vibration of the steam engine were excellent, and the pollutant emission was better than the ultra-clean emission standard.
The project is located in the extended plot of Fushan Circular Economy Industrial Park, Fushan Village, Jiulong Town, Huangpu District, Guangzhou. Six 800 ton/day furnace incinerators and three 50 MW steam turbine generator sets are built. Using the flue gas treatment technology of "double desulfurization and denitrification", the flue gas emission indicators are all better than the European Union 2010 and national 2014 flue gas emission standards, reaching the international leading level. After the project is fully completed, it will be mainly responsible for the treatment of domestic waste in the downtown area of Guangzhou. It is expected to handle 4,000 tons of domestic waste per day and more than 1.46 million tons of garbage per year.
According to Guangzhou Environmental Protection Investment Group, Guangzhou practices ecological civilization construction, creates a beautiful living environment, adhere to the planning first, layout and construction of seven circular economy industrial parks, household waste incineration capacity of 33,000 tons per day, biochemical treatment capacity of 5,510 tons per day. It has formed a new pattern of household waste treatment of "incineration as the main, biochemistry as the auxiliary and landfill as the bottom".
In mid-2022, the General Office of Guangzhou Municipal People's Government issued the 14th Five-Year Plan for Urban Infrastructure Development of Guangzhou, indicating that it would speed up the construction of domestic waste treatment facilities and expand the capacity of domestic waste treatment. By 2025, China will have a daily incineration capacity of over 30,000 tons of household waste and a daily biochemical treatment capacity of 4,800 tons of kitchen waste, basically realizing zero landfill of raw household waste.
