Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued a notice on verifying the on-grid electricity of waste incineration power generation projects from October to December 2022 and other matters, verifying the on-grid electricity of 63 waste incineration power generation projects from October to December 2022. The on-grid electricity price of the verified on-grid electricity of waste incineration power generation is 0.65 yuan/KWH (including tax). The rest on-grid electricity shall be subject to the on-grid electricity price of similar coal-fired generating units in our province.

In accordance with the "Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission on Improving the Price Policy of Waste Incineration Power Generation" (Development and Reform Price [2012] No. 801), we hereby notify the following matters concerning the on-grid electricity quantity of the waste incineration power generation Project:
1. Approved the on-grid electricity of 63 waste incineration power generation projects from October to December 2022.
2. Supplement and verify the on-grid electricity of Tiantai County Household Waste incineration Power Generation Project from July 2021 to September 2022, Pujiang Sanfeng Environmental Energy Co., LTD from October 2020 to December 2021, and Zhejiang Chunhui Environmental Energy Co., LTD from July 2018 to September 2022.
3. The approved on-grid electricity of garbage power generation shall be 0.65 yuan/KWH (including tax), and the rest on-grid electricity shall be subject to the on-grid electricity price of similar coal-fired generating units in our province. Power supply enterprises at all levels are requested to timely pay the on-grid electricity and electricity charges of relevant waste incineration power generation enterprises.
