  • Thailand! SUS Environment's fourth overseas office in Southeast Asia opened

    On August 22, 2024, the opening ceremony of SUS Environment Thailand Representative Office was held in Bangkok, Thailand. This is the fourth overseas office set up by SUS Environment in Southeast Asia after Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia, adding a new coordinate for SUS's "internationalization" strategy.

    Li Xiaobo, President and CEO of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Thailand) and General Chairman of the Chamber of Chinese Enterprises in Thailand, and Long Jisheng, Chairman and CEO of SUS Environment, cut the ribbon for the representative office. More than 20 representatives of Chinese and Thai government and enterprises attended the opening ceremony.

    Dr. Long Jisheng, Chairman and CEO of SUS Environment, delivered a welcome speech to the guests. He said that the establishment of Thailand representative office is a major measure of SUS Environment's "internationalization" strategy, but also a vivid practice of responding to the "Belt and Road" initiative and promoting global sustainable development. It not only marks the opening of a new chapter in SUS's business development in Thailand, but also demonstrates SUS's firm determination to serve Thailand's environmental protection and new energy industry for a long time.

    Mr. Li Xiaobo, President and CEO of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Thailand) and General Chairman of the Chamber of Chinese Enterprises in Thailand, extended warm congratulations on the opening of the Thai Representative Office. He said that SUS Environment is a model of China-Thailand friendly cooperation enterprises, with advanced technology and practical experience to help more countries and regions to achieve ecological transformation, the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce in Thailand and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China will spare no effort to provide assistance for Chinese industries to go overseas.

    Mr. Chaphamon, vice President of Super Energy, said he was pleased to work with such a top solid waste management company in the world. We look forward to the arrival of SUS Environment and make great contributions to the scientific management of solid waste and the improvement of ecological environment in Thailand. On the same day, SUS Environment and Super Energy held the handover ceremony of Nongburi waste incineration power generation project company, marking the official landing of SUS Environment's first holding investment project in Thailand. Representatives of Nuanburi PAO, Jormsup Lochaya, CEO of Super Energy Group, and Long Jisheng, Chairman and CEO of SUS Environment attended the ceremony.

    On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand, SUS Environmental will fully leverage its technological advantages and experience in the whole solid waste industry chain, transform environmental challenges into sustainable solutions, and support Thailand's ambitions to achieve green transformation and circular economy. We look forward to working with all parties to contribute to China-Thailand friendly exchanges and cooperation for a sustainable and beautiful future.
