2.2 billion! SUS Environment and Chaoyang Environment signed a joint venture agreement for the Phase III incineration project of Chaoyang Circular Economy Industrial Park
On January 15, the signing ceremony of the joint venture agreement of the third phase of the incineration project of Beijing Chaoyang Circular Economy Industrial Park was officially held in Beijing. Beijing Chaoyang District Committee Standing Committee, Deputy district Governor Shu Bilei, leaders of the relevant departments of the district, Chaoyang Environment Chairman PI Meng, SUS Environment chairman and CEO Long Jisheng attended the ceremony. PI Meng, Chairman of Chaoyang Environment, and Long Jisheng, chairman and CEO of SUS Environment, signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of both sides.
The landing of the third phase of the incineration project of Chaoyang Circular Economy Industrial Park will greatly enhance the domestic waste treatment capacity of Beijing Chaoyang District, further improve the regional circular economy industry chain, and provide strong support for the realization of green sustainable development goals.

According to China Solid Waste Network, Chaoyang circular Economy Industrial Park will build a new incineration phase III project, which includes a domestic waste clean incineration plant with a processing capacity of 2400 tons/day, equipped with two mechanical stoves of 1200 tons/day and two 40MW turbogenerator units, as well as related auxiliary facilities. The project converts domestic waste into clean electricity and reserves external heating interfaces. With a total investment of about 2.2 billion yuan, the project aims to enhance waste disposal capacity, optimize layout, reduce emissions, create green productivity, and promote harmonious coexistence between man and nature. After the completion of the project, the daily waste treatment capacity of Chaoyang circular Economy Industrial Park will exceed 10,000 tons, comprehensively enhance the resource utilization capacity of urban waste, improve the level of environmental services in Chaoyang, and enhance the momentum of low-carbon industries.
The project will take "green and low-carbon, energy saving and emission reduction, circular economy, collaborative efficiency" as the guiding ideology, and strive to build a leading domestic and world-class waste incineration treatment project.
